


Parking - There is no on-site parking at The Van Buren, however we have partnered with ParkWhiz to offer easy and reliable options in the area. Click HERE to book parking. Additionally, there is limited metered street parking and nearby lots that offer paid parking. Paid parking fills up quickly, so we recommend using Light Rail, Rideshare, or other transportation when possible.
Door Times - Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time.
Bag Policy - Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
Water Policy - Guests may bring up to two (2) factory-sealed water bottles up to 32 ounces each, per person. Hydroflasks are not permitted.
Mobile Ticketing - All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print. For more information on mobile entry,


Our box office is located on 4th Avenue and is open 2 hours prior to door time on show days, and if the show day falls on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday the box office will open at Noon. Please note, the box office is cashless.
Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void and therefore not valid for entry. We recommend purchasing tickets directly via our box office, Ticketmaster or Live Nation only, and cannot guarantee or validate the authenticity of any third-party tickets.
