While concerts have been put on hold for the time being, our team is hard at work with bands, management, and promoters to reschedule our shows.
Here’s how the process will work for canceled and rescheduled show ticket buyers:
Cancelled Shows: If you have tickets to a show that has been cancelled, you will automatically receive a refund.
Rescheduled Shows: If your show has been rescheduled, your ticket is valid for the new date, or you can opt for a refund within 30-days of the new date being announced (we will let all buyers know via email). If 60-days have passed since a show was postponed and no rescheduled dates have been announced, the 30-day window for refunds will open at that time.
